Last week the police in Budapest decided to ban the Pride March scheduled to take place 18 June 2011. However this past weekend the Metropolitan Court of Budapest overturned the ban.

ILGA-Europe and other international organisations were appalled by the decision of the police, and called for that the decision should be reversed.
